Hurry and make your purchases soon for your high-end ladies dresses and apparel.

Cache has fallen below the Nasdaq’s listing requirements.   This upscale boutique was started by a Brooklyn-born housewife in Miami in 1976.

This will be Cache’s 2nd trip to bankruptcy court.   They filed a Chapter 11 in 1986 and emerged again in 1988.    There are potential buyers looking at this boutique.

This may be a good time to keep Cache on your email updates for potential big savings and sales for your high-end gowns, dresses, etc.

Cache was the first to bring the Mugler, Armani and Versace brands to the U.S.

The shares tumbled 49% on January 22nd reducing its market value to only $3 million.

It was not uncommon to see Cache listed as a creditor on individuals’ bankruptcy petitions; hopefully, after a successful reorganization, can emerge from bankruptcy in order to conduct business as usual.
